A semi-solid and creamy cheese with a delicate scent and some aroma from reddish. With approx. 10 weeks of storage, the cheese is mildly sandwiched and the taste is mild and aromatic. The distinctive Riberhus® flavor and soft creamy consistency comes from the unique Riberhus® milky acid culture and from the red-cube that is applied to the cheese's surface. This makes Riberhus® suitable for morning and lunch serving, as well as a smooth and crispy texture makes the cheese perfect for cutting into roundabout or cutting into slices. The Riberhus® cheese has round holes in the size of peas evenly distributed in the cheese.
