- SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
Regular orders can be shipped locally in Spain on the Costa del Sol between the areas of Sotogrande and Nerja. If you are ordering a large custom order which will be shipped via a larger pallet, this can then be shipped to the rest of Spain. Customers will receive tracking information and delivery time customized to their order when it has been placed in our webshop, as this can vary based on stock and availability.

- THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS INCORRECT, IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE
When you receive your order you must inspect it immediately to verify that the order is correct, always before opening and consuming the products. If you have received an incorrect order, or the products are damaged or defective, please accept our apologies first. These cases are very rare, even so, we will try to solve this problem as soon as possible with you.
To receive the refund or replacement of products, you must return the order or product under the same conditions in which you received it, and within 30 days after the day you received it.

- WHAT TO DO TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Contact us quickly and safely, by telephone or e-mail, providing your order number, the product to be returned and the reason for this return. We will confirm the address to which you will have to send the article in question. Please pack the item securely and include within your package your order number, name and full address. Please also include the receipt or proof of delivery when you return the product.
Any product shipped back is the responsibility of the user until it arrives at our warehouse. So make sure you return the product using a secure shipping method.
Our return policy applies to orders placed directly through www.scanfood.eu. Therefore, if you have purchased a product in one of our specialized sales stores and / or distributors of our brand, please contact the store directly for its return.
- COST OF RETURNED ITEMS
We will only return the costs of sending those returns for wrong orders, as well as for products that are damaged or defective. If the return is made for any other reason, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

We generally cannot accept returns on bread products or drinks products (both alcoholic and non alcoholic) unless the item has been damaged during shipping. In this case we will require proof of the damage and in most cases we will request it to be shipped back to us where we will replace it.
